Tuna and Fennel Salad

Another tin fish salad. Pretty much exactly from Thomas Straker.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/2 bulb of fennel
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 shallot or 1/4 red onion
  • Dill
  • Mint
  • Chili flakes
  • Olive oil
