Salsa Verde

Ball-parked from a watching a scene in cooking show a long time ago. All the measurements are more of suggestions since its everything is to taste.

Salsa Verde

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tomatillos
  • 5 jalapeños
  • 8 serranos
  • 1/2 – 3/4 c orange juice
  • 1/4 rice vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • Lots of salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomatillos, jalapeños, and serranos in half, lengthwise.
  • Char tomatillos, jalapeños, and serranos until blacked – half of the peppers on the inside, half on the skin. Char the green onion as well.
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined. Add more salt to taste.
