Mushroom and Macha

A take on one of the best dishes I’ve ever had from a restaurant and bar in San Francisco called Buddy. Different versions can be made by subbing in different cheeses (feta, especially) and garnish (parsley) and nuts in the salsa macha (walnuts, macadamia).

  • Cilantro leaves only, torn
  • Lime zest
