A great summer dinner on the front porch in the college house.
Kelsey’s Ceviche
Ingredients
- Shrimp or raw sushi-grade fish tuna, preferred
- 1 mango diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 2 jalapeƱos diced
- 1 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 2 limes juice
- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 2 t Cumin
- 2 t Cayenne pepper
- 3 T salt
- Tortilla chips or tostada shells
Instructions
- Cut all raw ingredients into large bowl.
- Add lime juice and seasonings.
- Serve cold.
