Ceviche

A great summer dinner on the front porch in the college house.

Ingredients
  

  • Shrimp or raw sushi-grade fish tuna, preferred
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 jalapeños diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 limes juice
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 2 t Cumin
  • 2 t Cayenne pepper
  • 3 T salt
  • Tortilla chips or tostada shells

Instructions
 

  • Cut all raw ingredients into large bowl.
  • Add lime juice and seasonings.
  • Serve cold.
